This is a story of when I was little. My family had traveled to visit my Mom’s Mother. Me and my older brother slept in the same room that my mom’s brothers slept in. The first two nights we did hear noises, but probably thought it was due to it being an old house. The third night however, my brother woke me up as he was screaming. My mom came in and asked what was wrong. My Brother told her that there was a little green man, with red beady eyes, and long pointy nose and ears. And he was sitting on the footboard of the bed, just staring at him. He thought it was a dream, but when he could not move his legs, that’s when he screamed.
The next day at lunch my brother told the story to my mom’s brothers. Both reacted with a look of shock on their faces. As they related that the same thing had happened to them in the same room when they were little. That night we slept in another room, and nothing happened for the rest of the stay.

That's super weird. My grandpa believes in a lot of weird stuff and says that supernatural beings like ghosts and such sometimes attach themselves to a place or a person, or a family. Maybe this spirit thing's attached itself to the men in your family, and/or that room? Which then brings up the question, why...

Is your Mother's mother from Ireland/Scotland/UK by any chance? Is that where you were visiting?

The paralysis detail is important.
When people describe being unable to move while something watches them, it usually signals one of two things: neurological interruption or heightened fear response.
But what stands out to me is the repetition across generations. The same room. The same demographic. The same posture
Patterns like that aren’t random.
If it were purely psychological, I’d expect variation in description. Instead, you have structural consistency.
That suggests either:
A shared environmental trigger.
A story passed down subconsciously.
Or something territorial.
If it was territorial, it wasn’t attacking. It was asserting presence.
