Anyone Going to the Movies?
There've been so many good movies coming out this month that feel like their up our ally. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers was pretty good last month. I feel like Jade might have had something more behind its events. Most of all, I'm really intrigued by Powder next Friday. Anyone have other good recommendations?

I don't think I am aware of anything this month I want to go see, but the Ace Venture flick seems promising.

I moved this topic to the appropriate forum, by the way.

Thanks Zethus, sorry for the mis-post!
Ace Ventura was hilarious. Get Shory is looking good this month, John Travolta and Danny DiVito seem like a great duo. Hope its as good as Twins!

12 Monkeys comes out in December. It looks very promising, and sort of a new jive for Bruce Willis. Definitely not going to wait for the VHS to come out.

I have some decent hopes for Powder based on the trailer. Hopefully there is some reasonable approach to his abilities and not as much cheesy Hollywood bullshit.
Vampire in Brooklyn comes out in two weeks and I have really low expectations for that. Eddie Murphy ain't what he used to be.

How many of them really know what they want, though? I mean, a lot of them think they have to know, right? But inside they don't really know, so... I don't know ,but I know that I don't know.- Lloyd Dobler

Se7en (Seven) was a WILD ride last month. The writer claims its based off his experience moving to New York. I wonder what would drive someone to such actions, or the effects of just witnessing them/confronting the monster first hand.. How would you see the world after such wanton barbarism?

Huge James Bond fan here (Sean Connery is the best, of course), Goldeneye looks pretty badass coming out in a few weeks. Piece Brosnan has a suave-ness that I think can pull off the role, but only time will tell.
